I'm paying for the highest package and get a half wash and wax. I don't get the first roller brush, the X wax don't come down till after the front of my car is half way through than it comes out. And it's only at the Richmond location. So I'll be taking my package down.

Too crowded, not enough vaccums, if all the vaccums are taken it's no space to wait so you just pay for a pricey not so great car wash. Car sometimes looks good sometimes not. Also, pretty annoying about signing up for the plan. I've tried a couple other locations and always have a better experience

I promise this is the worst location EVER. A third of the vacuums work...unacceptable when you pay monthly.

I had to go there early at 7 a.m. hour to get my car wash because this place gets crowded all the way out to the street when there is snow n salt. Staff is friendly but I did hear older white male talking about some mess going on among staff. There's always some drama on any job and I get it. I will continue to go to this location but early because this is the best deal in town when it comes to keeping my vehicle clean!!!
