Love them but they close at 8pm and are always crowded but love the membership its worth the wait. South Euclid location has a inside garage to free vacuum and wipe down vehicle.

Came today at 6:29 12/30/25 cones blocked entry no lights on they were closed went to Richmond location.

The attendants were attentive and helpful. The line moved steady and the wash was good. I purchased a membership and it's a pretty good deal, if you go into the wash once a week it pays for itself.

I know the vacuums are free but jeez! Can they actually work? The adapter piece comes off or most of them provide then the others where the piece is securely attached- there is no suction just for small crumbs. What is the membership paying for???

I’m a monthly member. This location water smells mildew. The worker named Stephanie could have a better attitude. The wash left scratches on my car.
