I patronage this place a lot and today was a total disappointment. I have a white car and on the drivers side there was a visible hard bird poop stain....fast forward I go through the wash and the guys dried my car. I get home and notice the bird poop stain is visibly still there, you mean to tell me y'all dried my car and didn't think to take the time to clean that? I don't complain about prices but for $14 I would of felt better going through one of the gas station washes!

Review update: that same day, I called and expressed my disappointment. The manager was extremely kind and asked if I was close enough to return for another wash on the house. Afterwards, we spoke for a second and he explained what he stated below. Great customer service. I meant to update this sooner. He also gave me a certificate for one more free wash in the future. ——————————————————————- I am shocked. I just went through this carwash and was excited based on the reviews. I tipped the dryers $20. When I parked down the street to get groceries, I saw my car was not close to clean. I don’t understand how they let me drive away like this. The wheels and tires are more dirty than they were when I entered the car wash.

This is the only car wash I take my brand new black Tahoe truck to get a wash. The employees are very fast and efficient. I don’t have to worry about my truck getting scratched up by the car wash system. The prices are affordable. I live 25 minutes from this place and I pass at minimum 10 car washes on my way there however I only trust this place.

I am amazed by how kind and generous the owners of The Car Wash are! I had gunk stuck on my trunk after my car was shipped during my move to Cleveland. I called The Car Wash one Saturday morning to ask if they could help with removal — they squeezed me in right there and then and removed it complementary, as a “Welcome to Cleveland” gift. I couldn’t believe this act of kindness 🥹 I decided to go ahead and get a car wash, which was excellent. Really strong vacuums, such nice service having your car hand dried after the wash. Will drive all the way out to The Car Wash for all future car washes :)

Quick fast and done reasonably. Everything done here is done decently at a decent price. I recommend it highly. It may not be as detailed as most other car washes, but this place surely gets the job done without faulter
