Today was our first visit to this clinic with my dog. We were delighted to meet Dr. Alec Brown, who was so kind and generous in sharing his knowledge. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Brown and his colleague for preparing the written report with such care and professionalism that I have never seen before in Canada.
I have spent my lifetime hearing that yellow fungus disease was a death sentance. Hearing that Chomper has a chance is the best thing I could have ever asked for. Thank you so much guys ❤️ also your costs!? Incredible!!
New to this vet clinic and have so many positive things to say about my experience so far! Dr. Meghan was welcoming and so knowledgable and took the time to answer/address my many questions and concerns. I never felt rushed along and she took the time to thoroughly examine my dog. The whole team was friendly, professional and compassionate. We are very happy to have found the team at Close Veterinary!
Amazing first visit with a brand new puppy. They were on time; strong customer focused; pleasant rooms; Dr. Magyar is knowledgeable, caring, welcomed my many questions, offered solutions, next steps, took an interest in Murphy, not just another puppy. I’ve been bringing all three of my pets to Close Vet Clinic, and I can’t say enough good things about the care we’ve received. The entire team has been amazing — compassionate, thorough, and professional every step of the way. Last year, my cat Lynx needed a broken tooth extracted, and they handled it with such gentleness and expertise. This week, Marcel, my other cat, had to undergo emergency surgery for a GI obstruction — a scary situation, but the staff communicated clearly and acted quickly, ultimately saving his life. They layed out all the options every step of the way + also this week, Jam Jar, my pupp dog, had a scheduled visit with a neuter, hernia repair, and a teeth extraction. They took excellent care of him, and both of them are home recovering ❤️🩹 The clinic is clean and welcoming, the front desk team is ALWAYS friendly and organized, and the vets and techs take the time to answer all my questions and genuinely care about each pet’s well-being. I always, always feel like we’re in good hands here. Highly recommend Close Vet Clinic to any pet owner looking for trustworthy, skilled, and compassionate veterinary care.
