She delivered and picked up the scooter to the hotel which was so convenient . The battery lasts a very long time. The scooter rental was very affordable and made this downtown San Antonio trip very accessible . I recommend very highly

This review is for the folks where the delivery time is paramount. If you are expecting an ordered to be delivered by the time you selected on your order it isn’t going to happen. 8 am order for equipment my grandmother needs while she is here in town for the holidays doesn’t get here until 4 pm. Unacceptable. Went with this company because they could meet my timelines of planning ahead. When you call them they offer you a $15 refund for the inconvenience. Point is, they advertised a specific service, I paid for said service, they didn’t live up to their end of the commitment. If this is something you care about when you pay someone provide a service then you get what I’m saying. Wouldn’t recommend this place to execute their advertised timeline.

Ingrid’s service was excellent: clear communication, quick delivery, and flexibility with delivery/return locations.
