À Small escape in the middle of the city In short: a place made for working out in peace—no noise, no pressure, and no uncomfortable attitudes. Exactly what I was looking for. Quiet, clean, and always well-organized. One thing I appreciate the most is that It’s never crowded, and they manage that incredibly well. A space where you can focus on your workout without distractions, in a calm and really pleasant atmosphere.

I've been going there for a few months, and it is one of the best gyms I've had the pleasure of working out in. The staff is professional and the equipment is well maintained. It's a great gym!

I love this gym so much - it’s so welcoming and has an amazing atmosphere. The owner is frequently here and loves to chat with any and everyone (as well as the other employees!) It’s never too busy and even when there are some other people, everyone is very kind and considerate.

Amazing gem of a gym, with a friendly staff and a convenient location. The gym's location, laundry service, and steam bath makes it ideal for bike commuters. There are plenty of bike racks at McGill, so you can lock your bike there, hit the gym, take a shower and leave your dirty laundry when you head off to school/work. The staff is also very friendly. This is by far the best gym I've signed up for.
