All the machines are old and almost everything doesn't work, and there's no customer service whatsoever, starting with Alberto, who claims to be the owner.

I wanted to try this gym but the communication sucks. I put in an inquiry online to discuss rates and still haven’t received a call back, a email response, smoke signal or anything. I tried calling before making a trip there and was hung up on multiple times. Great way to run a business.

I love the equipment and the environment is a motivational one. but my only complaint is that I wish the owner would put back the original lockers in the mens room they made it easier to change into your gym clothes and get in the right mindset to exercise. Instead I work out in work clothes or whatever I wear to the gym depending on where im coming from or sometimes I have to change clothes my car cause now u have to change in the mens room then carry ur items to the lockers in the hallway cause those allow u to put your on lock on them it's a small inconvenience but it matters when u pay your membership fee and you can't safely put your belongings in a simple locker instead u have members leaving thier items in there car that's crazy, I left planet fitness which is much cheaper monthly cause this gym is closer to where I live and yet something so simple as lockers for personal storage has me questioning my decision Sometimes. Im hoping this suggestion is considered and hopefully changed i understand replacing the lockers is costly but maybe it's worth it to keep some of the members from going back elsewhere.

I’ve always been curious about the cleanliness standards at this gym. During a late workout today, I noticed the cleaning staff eating while using the same rag to wipe down all the machines. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it reaches the owners and encourages improvements in hygiene practices, especially given the premium cost of membership. This gym has great potential, and a little more attention to cleanliness would make a big difference.

Let me start from when you when in the door, people behind the counter most of the time occupied on gossip or other nonsenses than actually greet the members. I am not going to say all them are like that but for the most part 8 out of 10 you wont even get a straight face from them, they act like they are doing you favor. The machines are decent for the most part although as in most gym weight are all over the place, however in this gym the stuff doesnt really worry about put them back in place. I critique that aspect because I actually go to Union and Elizabeth often and in this gym that does not happen, at least all the occasions I been there which is quit a lot. Music is always too loud in the afternoon, I have complained but no one does anything about it, I have to listen to my music with the volume all the way up on my earphones. The worst part of all are the freelance “trainers”, too many of them and there couple that are very/extremely loud, people that goes to this gym knows who I am talking about. Not only too load but also talk behind other members back criticizing their workout or straight being disrespectful. Sometimes I rather drive farther to Union then coming to this gym
