Coach Ali is the best come and check him out. He will train you in boxing if that's what you want. He also does personal training , physical and mental fitness. Best place I've ever been. 58 Orchard St. Newark N.J.

THE SUGAR FACTORY IS AN AMAZING GYM . COACH ALI IS VERY ATTENTIVE TO YOUR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL NEEDS. HE WORKS AROUND YOUR SCHEDULE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE SUGAR FACTORY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GYM TO GO TO. HE ALSO DOES BOXING TRAINING. HE HIMSELF WAS A PROFESSIONAL BOXER. This place is heaven sent! I appreciate Coach so much for creating a safe space for me to come learn, grow physically and mentally. My spirit new I needed a coach and environment as great as this gym. The Sugar Factory is the ideal place for you to come and become the best version of yourself! If they had 100 stars I would’ve put that ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾!

Coach is a great man. He’s a great personal trainer ever an even better person. I leave the gym every time feeling my best. Be prepared, it’s not a place for the weak. The Sugar Factory will bring out the best in you!
