Recently started coming to this owner at the Midtown and Natomas location, after leaving Loehmann’s plaza ownership and have been pleasantly surprised. The staff is so kind and professional and studios are pristine. I will miss some of my old instructors but I know some of them teach for both so I hope to see them around and maybe find some new favorites🫶🏻
Club is clean and instructors are nice! Classes get filled up very quickly so there is almost always a waitlist for classes, you can try to book your classes for the month as soon as your credits renew to try to avoid. Also if you sign up for a membership after your intro class and you would like to cancel after your 3 months make sure to request that after your 2nd month because they require a 30 day notice. If not you will be charged for another month, it can get a bit expensive
I took the intro class with Shayna and absolutely loved it. She was very kind and uplifting the entire time. She made sure to always ask permission before touching any part of me to fix my posture or help me do a move correctly, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be joining the club now!
It will be 2 years soon since I started going 3 days a week … it’s a must to keep aging in place with grace. I learn so much from instructors Hanadi, Paige and and Vicki - I’m growing every day. I’m able to sustain notes and stand in strength during long music performances … love Club Pilates!
I haven’t had a an instruction I didn’t enjoy. Amber is great but she has later classes which don’t always work with my schedule Meghan works you hard and is very nice. I personally prefer Jennifer! Jennifer is amazing! I love all of her Tuesday classes! She’s very calming and funny and her instruction is very clear and precise. She’s very warm and welcoming and I always leave her class feeling like I had a really good stretch but also got a hard work out in! Strongly recommend this studio! It’s very clean, the desk staff is very welcoming and the instructions are all phenomenal!
