My experience at Club Pilates Shawnessy has been great. The Instructors are knowledgeable and take the time to work with you so you get the best out of the program. One thing that stood out to me was even when I wasn’t even aware, Sherri called to let me know I had some funds that was to be refunded to me. That for me is the epitome of integrity.

A close friend asked to me to do an intro class with her and I was hooked instantly! It's been many many years since I've been part of an exercise community and Club Pilates just ticks every box for me. I love the variety of every class, the instructors are all fantastic but my favorites are Rachel and Samuel, they make the class time fly by every time! I can feel the difference the classes are making in my body and I look forward to every class so much so that I just keep increasing my membership from 4 times a month to 8 times and now unlimited classes. So grateful to have found Club Pilates!!

It's been a while since I've been in a gym setting so I was a little nervous going in, however, I had a great experience at club Pilates. I loved the serene setting, the instructor Sherry was helpful and it was easy to understand her instructions. We were guided through exercises and helped to make adjustments for our personal level of fitness. The following day I felt like my muscles had been activated and I could feel them but I didn't hurt. I am looking forward to signing up and becoming a member, and being able to build up my core strength and tone up in such a comfortable setting.

I’ve been working out at Club Pilates in Shawnessy for about two months now after recovering from surgery. Since I couldn’t lift weights or do any high-impact workouts like I used to, Pilates has been a perfect way to rebuild strength safely — and surprisingly, it gets *spicy* once you move up to levels 1.5 and 2! I really enjoy Sunita C’s classes — she’s incredibly technical and detail-oriented. Thanks to her adjustments, my form has improved so much. It’s no surprise her classes are always full! I also love Robyn’s classes. I’ve seen mixed reviews about her teaching style, but as a busy mom of three with a demanding job, I actually appreciate her dark humor and straightforward approach. Her classes are tough, she will absolutely push you to your limits, but you’ll leave feeling stronger — and probably laughing a little too. Overall, it’s been such a great experience getting back into fitness here.
