I tried my first Pilates class at Club Pilates last summer and immediately decided to join. After about 1 month of attendance I increased my membership level to the unlimited level. Since then I have taken over 30 classes! The instructors are excellent and make the practice extremely welcome and approachable. Front desk staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming. Equipment is always clean and in good working condition. Club Pilates has become one of my favorite parts of my weekly routine and I recommend it to my friends.
Club Pilates SL was my introduction to pilates and I can not say enough good things about them! Every type of person goes there so I never felt self-conscious. The teachers are experts, patient, kind but will give you a workout with muscles you did not know could be sore. The classes are leveled so beginners dont get hurt as we build, but as I progressed, I still love the level 1 classes as modifications are offered so every level gets a workout regardless of which class you take. My favorite about CPSL is with the unlimited classes, I do 2 reformer classes per week then do the TRX for strength and Jumpboard for cardio. I have bad knees from running so it's been amazing that these classes have rebuilt my strength, flexibilty, balance and overall fitness. It's not pretentious so go even for 1 trial, your body will thank you.

The space itself is clean, modern, and inviting — a perfect setting to focus and recharge. What really makes this place shine is its welcoming and supportive community. The staff take the time to get to know members personally, creating an environment where people of all fitness levels feel comfortable and motivated. I was a member at this Club Pilates when it first opened in 2023. I started the classes eight weeks after giving birth. I did not notice until I stopped - due to my work schedule - but it really helped improve my pelvic floor after delivery. The environment is calm and the skill levels are great for beginners. Sometimes the intensity depends on which instructor you get because they all teach differently. If you find an instructor you mesh with well they tend to have a good amount of classes on the schedule. I would suggest coming here if you are new to Pilates. It’s formulated so you can grow into the movements and improve with each session. Especially if you do not come from a dance or athletic background. My core did improve and got stronger after going twice a week for a year here. The Pilates really helped with my postpartum anxiety as well. I always felt better after each class. I thought it was worth the price and really enjoyed my time at South Loop Club Pilates.
I attended classes at the Club Pilates South Loop studio for over 2 years, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience in every way. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and encouraging. The studio itself is clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with high-quality machines and props that suit all levels. What really sets this place apart, though, is the incredible instructors. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about helping you improve. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, they tailor the sessions to your needs and challenge you in all the right ways. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my strength, posture, and flexibility since I started. The community here is also amazing — supportive, friendly, and fun. If you’re thinking about trying Pilates, I can’t recommend this place enough.
