I truly love coming here. With all the instructors you get something different and you soon learn what you need from them. I have muscles I’ve never had before. Once you start coming faithfully your body actual craves it. After every class you feel good & it’s such a stress reliever. I wish I had started coming sooner. But the most important thing is I started. Every instructor is amazing with different techniques. Johanna is amazing!

I popped into the Club Pilates-Dublin studio one day to learn about their classes and prices. Natalina at the front desk was very welcoming and reassuring. She provided a thorough and professional overview of all the options and prices. I signed up for the next intro class. I’m glad I had time to read the contract and consider the prices before attending the intro class. As an overweight, 70+ year old woman who has avoided gyms for decades, the thought of joining Club Pilates-Dublin was a bit intimidating. I am grateful for the inclusive and small class studio environment. I concur with another reviewer who expressed that Pilates is a sustainable form of exercise. It only took me a couple of classes to catch on to the names of exercises and equipment. Courtney is the instructor for the classes I attend. She is the perfect instructor for me. Six months before joining Club Pilates-Dublin, I had a major fall that required shoulder surgery and PT. We briefly touch base before each class. Courtney anticipates modifications I may want to make to some exercises. Each week I feel stronger, more flexible, and more confident thanks to Courtney and Club Pilates-Dublin.
