Summary: generally frustrated by the conditions of facilities and low staffing. I will remain a member for lack of other options nearby. Pros: -Good amenities -Nice staff -Cleanliness has improved but still find full trash cans, dirty equipment, and missing stock frequently. Cons: -Staff does not walk the gym floor for assistance, cleaning, or stocking -Often under staffed, slides rarely open for family swim as promised -Remodel is much too slow. Facilities are currently in an unacceptable state of disrepair. -Another price increase this year. Its one thing to charge me for machines, hot tub, slide, or other amenity. However, when those things are broken, dirty, understaffed, and not up to date the price increase is insulting. I have spoken with management about my concerns. 2025 has seen improvement but not enough to justify a higher rating at this time. I will update my rating if conditions improve.
My husband and I were members of 24 Hour Fitness and were so sad when they closed. After shopping around, my husband decided on Villa Sport and I'm so glad he did! I love all the sweet staff and encouraging Fitness Instructors, equipment is easy to use and fixed quickly if broken, the locker rooms have plenty of space and fun amenities, and I love all the pools and hottubs! The smoothies are my mom's favorite, and I just got hooked on their pizzas! Hubby and I do The Trip bicycle class at least once a month and I enjoy Core the most so far. I strongly recommend this gym for anyone looking. Five stars!
Absolutely wonderful gym and staff. My ambassador Lauren was phenomenal. She was extremely thourough/ willing to go above and beyond to answer questions and knew every answer - she is one of the main reasons I joined this gym! Staff were incredibly kind and my goodness the daycare staff were so wonderful with my kiddos. Would absolutely recommend❤️
The gym is excellent. The amenities are outstanding. The childcare service is exceptionally good, and the staff is wonderful. My children thoroughly enjoy their time there. They are also very excited about the crafts. When I arrive to pick them up, I eagerly anticipate hearing about their day. They consistently mention a particular teacher who is always very kind and engages them in crafts and games. The sauna and steam rooms are quite pleasant. I will certainly continue to visit the gym.Thank to everyone
I've been going to Villa Sport for years now. And I'm overall very satisfied with it, all the work out and gym equipment is very high quality, to ensure I get a good workout, and I like there body pump classes where you workout with an instructor. They also have a very nice pool (indoor and outdoor) it's very spacious and clean, and it also includes water slides. The locker rooms are also clean, and they always have clean towels. Although Villa Sports has a lot of pros, I've seen a few issues here. Firstly, I feel it's quite expensive (50$ per person a month), I get it. you're paying for the experience, still, that's quite a lot for one person. Second, their child care isn't very good (I used to be in it), the staff don't handle situations very well. And third, I've noticed some quality control issues yesterday I came, and it was raining pretty hard, and there were leaks in the ceiling, they placed buckets, but water was still dripping on me while I worked out. Overall, I think Villa Sport is a good gym! They have nice features to their building inside, there's just a few quality control issues. I'd still recommend coming here. Good experience!
