Usually good but the construction and inconvenience of it is getting old. They should, out of good business practice, offer a certain amount of refund of fees, or something like that, back to it's customers.

Love this gym! All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and equipment are great and so far I haven't seen any machines out of service. Pool and hot tub areas are extensive although sometimes crowded. I love the classes the most as the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely love what they do. They are so great at learning everyone's name. They also offer more classes than I've seen at most gyms in the area so I love having so many options every day.

I came here for a child's birthday party at the indoor pool area (non-member). The front desk told me and few other parents we needed to sign in as guest. They asked for personal and contact information which I knew was a mistake to give them. Since then I have I have received daily phone calls from them asking if I'm interested in becoming a member. Look, it's a cool facility with great amenities. But don't spam guests with membership calls and emails. Absolutely abhorrent practice.

Ive been going here for about 8 months and I think this gym is great! Friendly staff, clean facilities and a sauna, it beats 24 hour fitness in my opinion.
