Excellent Pilates Studio. My wife and I have been going to this studio since it opened over 8 years ago. The studio has a variety of classes with an excellent schedule. The instructors are knowledgeable and have excellent interpersonal skills. The studio has an emphasis on cleanliness--even before the pandemic. It is more popular than ever. Due to its popularity, you need to plan your schedule and sign up early for classes. Other studios are affiliated and are located at Lakeside, Westroads, and Papillon.

I have done pilates now for 5 years and it has been life changing. Club Pilates has experienced instructors who focus on form so you get the most out of each class. I will say it is not cheap to do pilates, regardless of the facility, but my posture, balance, and strength have been changed FOREVER!

I am so much stronger since I started sessions with Club Pilates. The instructors check in with you and help you adjust the exercises as needed. I am so glad my friend recommended that I join and I tell my friends to do the same.

Club Pilates has always made me feel welcome and comfortable as someone new to Pilates. A year later and they are always so wonderful to be a member with. The instructors are great, the front desk people are super nice, and the owners are always there to welcome people.

The workouts are great! Natalie and Sheila are the instructors I have most of the time and they are fantastic! They keep the workouts different and not the same. My body and mind feel better and I would recommend Club Pilates to anyone who is looking to feel better! It is a fantastic community of people with exceptional instructors!
