I’ve been a member of Club Pilates Gilbert since 2017, and I still remember the day I signed up with Pam Payley. From the beginning, I quickly adapted to the Pilates principles—especially the cornerstone of breathing and learning the fundamentals on the reformer. I can honestly say that Pilates saved my life. Before joining, I was often confined to bed due to severe disc herniations, disc bulges, spinal stenosis, and a horrific pelvic floor condition. I lived on pain medications and went through years of spinal and hip injections. But through consistent Pilates, I was able to decompress my spine, strengthen and transform my body, and ultimately come off the medications and injections that once felt like my only option. As life-changing as the practice itself has been, the people at this studio are just as important to my healing. Most especially Ali—a true leader, mentor, and deeply caring soul. She is an extraordinary woman who deserves to be celebrated. I also want to honor the amazing instructors who have supported me along the way: Mary, Becky, Grace, and of course Pam. Each one brings compassion, knowledge, and dedication to every class. Club Pilates Gilbert isn’t just a studio—it’s a community that changed the course of my life. I am forever grateful.
What an incredible experience! I took my free intro class today, and it was amazing! The instructor was so knowledgeable and attentive, making sure to address any issues or concerns we had before starting. The workout itself was fantastic, and the manager was even more amazing. I was ready to sign up, but right as I was about to, my job reached out with more work—ugh! I wasn’t sure if I could fully commit at the moment. The manager was so understanding, though—she gave me a hug and reminded me to always prioritize taking care of myself. I’ll absolutely be back as soon as my workload settles down! I recommend this place 100%
I was initially very intimidated by the thought of stepping into a Pilates class, especially since I had never tried it before. However, my experience at Club Pilates Gilbert has been nothing short of incredible! The instructors are truly top-notch, and I’ve enjoyed every moment getting to know their unique styles and approaches. Becky, Brooke, and Kim stand out as exceptional instructors—they clearly love what they do, and it shows in the thoughtfulness and coordination they put into every class. Each session is carefully designed, and I always feel like I’m not just getting a good workout but also pushing myself to grow and improve with each movement. I genuinely look forward to every class and have noticed significant improvements in my strength and overall movement. I leave every session feeling accomplished, never disappointed. Club Pilates has made my Pilates journey an amazing one, and I can’t recommend it enough!

I’ve noticed such a positive change in my strength, flexibility, and overall well-being since I started coming here. Highly recommend! I can’t go without shouting out some of my favorite instructors- Becky, Brooke, Jessi, Katia, and Rick are the best! If you get a chance to get into one of their classes, take it!
I love, love, love this wonderful reformer Pilates studio and community ❤️❤️!! All the instructors are so knowledgeable, fantastic, and welcoming! I started here when I discovered I needed urgent, major spine surgery and all the instructors have been so caring and conscientious of safety and helping me through my injury, surgery, and recovery 🙏. It's a very inclusive environment for all fitness levels and safe for everyone to do, which I'm incredibly grateful for 💞! I am on the unlimited membershp and I've now incorporated 3x/week reformer Pilates into my exercise routine and backed down my weight training from 6x per week to 4x per week. With the 3x Pilates and 4x gym sessions per week it's been the best combo and balance for me and my spine surgeon really advocates this is the greatest combo for my continued spine health going forward 🙌 😀! Plus, I feel great, my core has really drawn in and my abs come through more and my posture has improved 🥳💃🏼! I'm so grateful 🙏! Thank you, thank you!
