After nearly three years as a member, it’s disappointing to see a decline in the overall experience. The recovery room — offered as a premium, add-on service — is frequently unattended, which makes it difficult to justify the additional cost. At this level, one expects a consistently elevated standard of service and attention to detail. That said, Debbie and Ateya are exceptional professionals whose expertise and care truly enhance the environment.

This is a great gym with a nice setup, but it’s disappointing to see equipment already breaking down or not being properly maintained. With such a high membership cost, the standards should reflect that. Management should prioritize upkeep to match the premium pricing.

36 y/o male. I have worked out at a lot of different gyms, honestly, this one has been the longest I’ve stuck with. Unlimited classes. All the right equipment for strength, in good shape. Maybe busy on a Sunday morning, but never once in the past year have I not been able to hit cardio or find a bench/squat rack. The people? The people are there to exercise - some of the most fit folks in Long Beach…wonder why? We all mind our business and get the job done. You’re a beginner? Don’t let your ego get in the way, no one cares here despite what you think. Trainers, staff, etc are down to earth once you sign up. On site smoothie and food too and an attached vitamin lounge and recovery. Super hot sauna. Cleaners are real people, some of my favorite to high five. I really don’t understand the negatively. If you show up, hold yourself accountable, this is a great spot for you. JOSH is the best trainer and human I’ve ever met, leveled me up and became a friend. NITAR hot yoga or reformers will humble you. This is all being written by a normal Joe Schmoe that just wants to be healthy. Highly recommend

Love my gym. Class A in every way. Great trainers, brand new estate or the art equipments and all workout studios are amazing. Back to back classes to fit everyone's schedule. No excuses to not workout.

Customer service here is definitely questionable. Staff are rude and not helpful at all. Feels like they only want your money and don’t care if it’s not beneficial to them. Super rare to encounter someone that is not rude or weird.
