Quality and speed of workers has gone down significantly lately. I have been having to re clean the inside of the windshield every time over the last several visits. Thinking about canceling my membership. Update after 2 months... still extremely slow. Canceling membership. They no longer give cash back at the register, so if you don't have cash on you then workers go without tip, kinda sad for them.

Service has gone downhill since the ICE raid. I pulled up today at noon with one car ahead of me. They finished my vehicle at 1:10pm.

This place saved my cars life! everytime I come here I hesitate in getting my car detailed, but this time I had no choice. My cars clear coat has suffered due to being parked under a tree sap. I was recommended an exterior detail by the sales man Uriel, because it came with a clay bar and wax. After getting my car back | almost didn't recognize it. The tech did a great job, The detail was worth every penny. I can only recommend Coast Hand Car wash from my experience. If your car needs help, do it a favor, and and bring it here.

Got another opportunity to visit Coast Car Wash today. After reading all negative reviews from Yelp I decided to revisit to see for myself and find out why. The result is nothing but amazing. Experience and service are 5 stars. My salute to the ownership. They got a great service advisor by name of Ulysses. Very nice gentleman, he helped choose the right package, communicated the service and what it requires to be completed to car wash manager, Cassandra and to her detailing team. My car was delivered timely as promised... sparkling clean. While waiting I got to try their CBTL coffee, water and package bakery. The store is amazing and restrooms are immaculately clean.
