Do not purchase from coco republic! My $4000 outdoor table cracked within less than 12 months, the replacement was then incorrectly assembled by the coco republic team and now cannot be moved to our new home because the legs cannot be unscrewed. Despite tireless calls, emails and follow ups we have no resolution and due to move houses this week. Coco republic will now not refund and have refused to offer any liability if we move with the legs attached (which we cannot unscrew due to their poor assembly, but have been told you cannot move with legs attached as the table will snap)

Despite high prices, Coco Republic's furniture is disappointingly mundane, lacking unique or innovative design. Customer service is virtually non-existent, with staff more focused on their computers than assisting customers.

Very happy with our order and the service we received from Coco Republic in Canberra. Had seen negative reviews and was weary, but we had no issues at all. Our furniture arrived within two weeks of ordering (much quicker than the anticipated 4-6) and the delivery team were very professional in the way they handled the items. Zhanar, the store staff member we spoke to in Canberra was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive, and went out of her way to assist, also advising of promotional offers. Finally, the quality of the items matched what we had seen in the showroom. Would happily shop there again.
