From my first visit Krystyana has offered incredibly helpful advice on styles and fabrics, helped select complementary pieces, and provided layout advice. Krystyana is a pleasure to work with and I’d highly recommend her!

Very happy with our order and the service we received from Coco Republic in Canberra. Had seen negative reviews and was weary, but we had no issues at all. Our furniture arrived within two weeks of ordering (much quicker than the anticipated 4-6) and the delivery team were very professional in the way they handled the items. Zhanar, the store staff member we spoke to in Canberra was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive, and went out of her way to assist, also advising of promotional offers. Finally, the quality of the items matched what we had seen in the showroom. Would happily shop there again.

For a store that sells luxury products you would expect a high quality customer service experience. But this is far from the experience you get when buying from Coco Republic. My first engagement with the store they used multiple sales tactics to get the sale across making a bunch of promises that could not be delivered. When we made the full payment to have the products delivered, they turned around and said the products were damaged so they would need to source new products. Of course that followed with all the products have sold out. I'm not sure why they would sell the non-damaged products to someone else if they knew the products were damaged. We asked for a refund which they had advised would take 3 business days. We called on day 3 after not receiving anything, they advised it would be another 3 days because they would need to pick up the products from us. We advised no products had been delivered, they said it would take a long time. I said how long, they said 5 days. 5 days goes by and I call again because still no refund. They said it's still being processed… it's now 2.5 weeks later and still no refund and no communication unless I call them. It seems like there is a complete misalignment between the sales people on the floor and the people at the warehouse because they all have different and conflicting ideas on what should happen which was incredibly frustrating and a reoccurring issue throughout my engagement with Coco Republic. It felt like we were treated as a number rather than a customer. I'd receive advice from someone on the floor, and they would follow that with someone from the warehouse team will call to confirm and the advice was always completely contradictory. At every stage of the buying process with Coco Republic they have made promises they haven't kept which has led to multiple service failures. I can't see myself shopping at Coco Republic Australia wide ever again because of the horrendous customer service experience. From the reviews on Google it doesn't look like I’m the only one that has experienced this.

Poor customer service. Very friendly and helpful when placing an order. Ordered a lot of stuff, was promised free installation as we crossed a certain price range. Now staff has changed and want to charge for installation. Furniture ordered in Mach for delivery in July. Now i am informed that some of my stuff is in their yard, but cannot find a proper delivery person. They had charged over $900 for delivery. 13/09 - further to my poor experience with Coco republic, my furniture apparantly is in Canberra for the last 1 week but no one is calling me to update. Repeated phone calls to store and 1300 number, no update. Written a long email to the head office , 1 week ago, no response. Looks like need to go to fair trading for formal complaint. Worst store ever. Never ever go there.
