Krystyana was amazing! Very professional, fantastic service and even took the time to set up the sizing of the sofa on our house plans. Looking forward to receiving our furniture and visiting Coco Republic in the future.

Very happy with our order and the service we received from Coco Republic in Canberra. Had seen negative reviews and was weary, but we had no issues at all. Our furniture arrived within two weeks of ordering (much quicker than the anticipated 4-6) and the delivery team were very professional in the way they handled the items. Zhanar, the store staff member we spoke to in Canberra was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive, and went out of her way to assist, also advising of promotional offers. Finally, the quality of the items matched what we had seen in the showroom. Would happily shop there again.

Frustrating experience, attempted to purchase 2 dining chairs from the Canberra store at Black Friday sales, and because the company doesn’t allow you to click and collect and they do not retain any stock; they were attempting to charge delivery from Sydney at customer expense. Poor business model when they mark the prices up so high, have a store in a city without any stock and expect you to pay ‘white glove delivery service’ at a motsa price for an item which can be put quite comfortably within a car. Ps. Delivery fee same price as the discount, therefore no discount overall. Greedy business model!
