This was our first time using coconut cleaning. I was anxious to get the smell of dog pee out of our carpet. Our technician Joel did a wonderful job explaining the process and how they would treat the carpet. The carpet came out lightly damp and smelling great. No crusty strands, watered down areas, or dewy smells like the cheap carpet cleaners. I am so glad I chose Coconut Cleaning.

I really wanted to love this company because I had heard so many rave reviews about them, however, this time they fell a little short. We had some big stains on our carpet, it was bad. I'm not going to lie. The first guy left and while wet, the carpet looked great, but once dry, it didn't even look like they did anything. They fixed the situation and came back as soon as we were able to have them and for that I give them two stars. However, the same thing happened again and our floor didn't even look clean. I was so frustrated, I pulled out our carpet cleaner, and the spots came out within minutes. It's still not perfect, but it looks so much better with the work I put in. I'm disappointed with the cleaning results, but their customer service was great!

The employee who did our tile was very kind and helpful. The actual cleaning was disappointing though. For $700+ I feel like we could have scrubbed the grout and mopped it ourselves and done a better job. We weren’t expecting perfection, but at least consistency of results and improvement. Many spots of the tile feel gritty and like there is a layer of something still on them. The grout is splotchy in many areas and even has a white residue left behind. Our shower tile that we had cleaned still has orange coloring on the sides (which is easily scrubbed, I do this often to maintain our shower).
