We’ve been using Carole’s Cleaning for a couple of years. They do a really good job. Price is reasonable. Jace and Alexa do a fantastic job.

First cleaning was fantastic! Went downhill from there. Most recent cleaning left streaks in my kitchen cabinets. Initially, they seemed willing to address the issue but eventually said “we tested all our products and didn’t get any streaks.” They weren’t interest in working with me to resolve the issue. I simply said I’d like to discontinue my service and they had no problem closing my account. Most places would want to work with keeping a customer. They didn’t.

I hired them to deep clean my empty home prior to selling. They did the absolute bare minimum and even charged me for an additional hour. They did not clean any appliances, windows, light switches, shelves, and several other items. What I was even more disappointed in is how poor the customer service was when I brought this to their attention. I received no apology or any sort of offer to reconcile the situation. I am now having to hire another company to clean what they failed to.

The House Whisperer: The Story of manager Paris and His Team In a town where busy lives left little time for dusting and polishing, there arose a name spoken with something close to reverence: Cleaning Authority Manager, Paris. Paris did not arrive with a mop in hand or gloves on his fingers. No — Paris arrived with a notebook, a sharp eye, and the kind of calm authority that made people trust him the moment he smiled. He was a manager, yes, but more than that: he was a conductor, and his team was his orchestra. When Paris visited a home, he walked the rooms with quiet focus, listening not just to the creak of floorboards or the sigh of windows, but to the house itself. He kindly shared with me the roots of his passion you see … Each home, he believed, had a story, and it was his team’s job to help it tell that story cleanly, beautifully, honestly. His team moved like clockwork — no, like poetry — each cleaner trained not just in the tasks of scrubbing and shining, but in the art of respect: respect for the home, for the objects that lived there, for the lives that breathed inside its walls. Every member of the crew carried a little bit of Paris’s careful spirit with them, and it showed. Under Paris’s watchful eye, even the trickiest challenges — stubborn stains, cluttered corners, long-neglected rooms — were met with thoughtful strategy and cheerful determination. Problems didn’t fluster him; they fascinated him. Solutions were his currency, and he spent them generously. Clients often said the same thing after a visit: “It’s not just cleaner. It feels lighter. It feels better.” And behind it all was Paris — steady, kind, meticulous — the architect of order, the champion of care, the man who built a team that didn’t just clean houses… they restored the soul of them. Some managers chase perfection. Paris inspires it. Best Experience I’ve ever had …and highly Recommend to all!
