It was my first time at Cocoon Spa'thecary and I had an amazing experience. I was gifted the Renewal package (massage, facial, pedicure) and I enjoyed every minute of it! Everyone needs to get a relaxing massage from Ulyana. She was so nice and professional. At the end, she suggested some products, but she was not pushy about it, which I appreciated as I already have my own beauty routine. I would go back and get a massage and facial again.

My new favorite downtown Kitchener spa or spa in general! This is my kind of spa, it felt like going away to scandinavian spa. Very quiet and surreal. I LOVE that they use their own products and they are crafted right here in Kitchener. I recieved a 30 minute facial and 30 minute massage with a manicure right after. It was a wonderful 2.5 hours to myself! I recieved and warm welcome, had someone hang my coat, give me sandal slippers and sat at the waiting area in these beautiful pink chairs. 😍 While waiting to go in I was just in awh at all their products and although the space is smaller then many spas, it is absolutely gorgeous and ugh I just love it! The luxurious pedicure area that the seating was raised like you were royalty.... Ill be coming back for this! The manicure seating was intimate with a clean and sleek design with subtle touches of pink and different fabrics, LOVE! I headed to the back with Ulyana, who was such a joy to have and was absolutely wonderful to me. After our session she took the time to explain all the products she used on me and gave me water to rehydrate. Which I can say I've never been given at another spa. A kind and beautiful touch! Priscilla did my manicure and she did a perfect job on my nails. I LOVE them. I got offered tea with a cute pink pot and honey on the side while I sat with Priscilla, who I very much enjoyed chatting with and hearing her stories. Perfect atmosphere, wonderful people, amazing conversation. I WILL be back! See you soon ladies!!!

Was introduced to this place by a friend. The apothecary facial was heavenly, so relaxing and I love that their products are all so clean and safe for sensitive skin! Shoutout to Pricilla for the best manicure I’ve had in YEARS. The space smells great (not like nail polish fumes!!) and they use their own hand lotion for the hand massage. I recommend the Magic Bean if you’re a coffee fan! Can’t say enough about how lovely this place is!

Go there now! You will not be disappointed. My wife and I travelled from Midland for a spa day and Cocoon was an amazing experience. The staff were fantastic, the treatments were top notch and we left completely relaxed and pampered. Highly recommend A++++++

Anna always does such an amazing job with my nails. She’s so detail oriented and meticulous! I’d love if there were more gel overlay colour options as I find it more durable but so far I haven’t run out of options yet and can add shellac if I want a different colour. The spa itself is very well decorated and has a relaxing vibe. Would highly recommend
