They were professional, dependable and offered high quality work. They arrived promptly at the time they promised and cleaned the entire area afterwards. They offered reasonable prices, gave me different options of systems units without been pushy. We liked them also for the fact of being a local family business and for their honesty and reliability.

Thank God! Just moved here and having to find good companies for home maintenance is a gamble. After 3 different attempts, finally found a HVAC company that does it right. Andy is a beast! He gave me a full rundown of the systems we have and the best approach to keep within my budgets and still have the systems running efficiently. Save your sanity and call these guys first!

This is one of the most impressive companies that we have ever had the “pleasure” of doing business with. They are not just about selling but about “building” a relationship that is built on trust and quality. Collin recently replaced our HVAC unit and upgraded our insulation. Each and everyone of their employees was likeminded in courtesy, professionalism, and quality. They cleaned as they worked, they were responsive to questions/concerns, timely and quick to respond to phone calls, questions, etc. we are so very grateful we found them and HIGHLY recommend them for whatever your HVAC needs may be. They know what they’re doing and take great pride in their work and services and aren’t just trying to upsell products/services. We are in our 70’s/80’s and they made this process so “easy” for us!!! Thank you Collin Air!

One of our units quit cooling late in the evening. I filled out a request online and had an appt scheduled by early the next morning for that same morning. Marc the technician was very thorough evaluating our 30 yr old system. Quickly corrected the source of our current problem and advised us on other recommendations for future consideration. I also received a complete set of photos of every aspect of our system components we discussed. Very helpful in evaluating moving forward. Will definitely use their services again!

I am extremely pleased with Collin AC. From the initial phone call to the tech's 1st visit to the final repair, the staff was amazing. Very friendly, very helpful. Price was reasonable, service was quick. Everyone seemed to genuinely care about the issue, and they went out of their way to help. Super satisfied. Thanks to all!
