With limited time for inspection and a last-minute call, he committed and arrived promptly the next morning, offered excellent service, and will handle my business's monthly needs. My experience with Preferred Pest Management was great! My husband was tired of getting devoured by mosquitos in our backyard so we decided to try this company based on the many good reviews. They were very thorough in explaining the process and were able to come to our property quickly once we decided on a treatment plan. Eric messaged me when he was on the way and was very polite. He explained the process and answered all of our questions. I cannot yet speak to the effectiveness of their treatment as it was just this morning, but our experience so far has been great. We will definitely use them again in the future!
