I recently worked with Griffin Thomas of Preferred Pest Control and he was wonderful to work with. He was on time, easy to communicate with, and did everything he said he would. He offered a range of plans and services that were tailored to my home and needs and I’m already on the maintenance plan. Thanks again for taking good care of me, Griffin!

Griffin was amazing! Knowledgeable, great service, very friendly, he answered all my questions, took his time to do the service! I would definitely recommend them! I never really had issues with pests in the past, when it started I was very stressed and disgusted. Griffin just left and I feel like my home is in good hands! Thank you

Eric and Griffin were amazing!! They both took their time to walk me through their services in great detail. Eric showed up on time and was meticulous in taking care of the wasps nests. I will 100% use them in the future!!

Griffin is an experienced professional. I contacted him after hours to service my new restaurant, as it is required by the food and health department before they can issue an operating permit. With limited time for inspection and a last-minute call, he committed and arrived promptly the next morning, offered excellent service, and will handle my business's monthly needs. His prices are very competitive. He is a hardworking man, and I wish him more success for his honest work.

My experience with Preferred Pest Management was great! My husband was tired of getting devoured by mosquitos in our backyard so we decided to try this company based on the many good reviews. They were very thorough in explaining the process and were able to come to our property quickly once we decided on a treatment plan. Eric messaged me when he was on the way and was very polite. He explained the process and answered all of our questions. I cannot yet speak to the effectiveness of their treatment as it was just this morning, but our experience so far has been great. We will definitely use them again in the future!
