Joel meets you where you are, always positive and encouraging. Still, you'll learn how to defend yourself from the first lesson—krav is street fighting, not a real martial art, so it's practical and extremely useful if there's any real danger to life or limb.
The best martial arts school i've ever been to. The teachers are amazing and really build up your confidence. They teach you how to use your bodies strength with skills to fight with. They also do a survivor series which is badass and is extremely worth taking. 🙌🙌 Join us on the mat!
I’ve been to a bunch of martial arts studios over the years and this is by far my favorite. I signed up for a trial classes and have been almost every day since. The instructors are amazing. They are so incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and kind. They truly care about meeting students where they’re at and helping them reach their goals. This is especially true with the Krav classes, which prepare you to protect yourself in real life scenarios. The instructors care so much about preparing their students to protect themselves and take that responsibility seriously. They are always willing to answer questions, go through scenarios that students are worried about, and just help in general. The community is amazing as well. Everyone that attends the gym is friendly and welcoming. Bonus! They also have a couple of different gym dogs that hang out in the lobby from time to time!
