What a great company! Good honest work at a fair price. I had a inside rear axle seal replaced six months ago and when it started leaking again I took it back to have it checked out. Rather than giving me the runaround they said it was a defective part and replaced it for no charge!! I highly recommend Commercial Tire!

I needed to have a tire looked at and ended up buying 4 new ones. Service team members were helpful and courteous. They made sure I understood the process and made my situation easier.

Called ahead at 12:40 pm for my husband, got put on the schedule for just after 4 pm for a flat repair, 3/8 bolt in the tire, figured the tires would have to be replaced anyways, he got there, sat for 45 minutes, 5 pm rolled around they still hadn't even touched let alone walk out to the dang pickup to look at the tires on my husband's pickup, (used to be policy for whoever wrote the work order to walk out and do a walk around at vehicle, apparently they don't do that anymore, which if they would have they would have had an answer sooner) said they had 3 vehicles infront of his, all were dropped off there wasn't anyone waiting in the waiting area other than him. Then they complained they had to push 1 flat repair just to go look at his pickup, I told them to put he spare on so he could get home tonight, they didn't want to put the spare on because it was a size smaller and the tire was old, I know the policy on the tire age, and the size difference, that's understandable, but they sold the product I asked for 3 hours in advance, wasn't going to be upped into a more expensive tire because whoever answered the phone didn't open a work order or relay that we needed those tires. They had 8 in stock when I called and they we're supposed to hold them, they were apparently all sold by the time my husband got there. We won't be returning, I have stuck with Commercial Tire for years. Recommended them to everyone I know. After this experience and the past couple experiences I've had at 2 other locations this year, I will NOT be returning, and I will NOT be recommending them to anyone ever again.

Chris, and the rest of the crew at the fairview store is outstanding. My small business has a modest Fleet of vehicles, and we count on them regularly to keep all of our stuff on the road and in great shape. Thanks guys

Amazing service. Super friendly staff and extremely efficient. After taking my car to a few other tire stores and not having the problem resolved, the guys at the Fairview Commercial Tire listened to me and found the culprit quickly (a tiny and pesky little nail in my tire…oh my the grief that nail was causing me!). And they were super quick too. I’m happy to have found my new tire store. They are now part of my family (they don’t know this of course because I decided this on my own!) I will be back soon for new tires and potentially other things. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!
