Please go to Jimmy if you have any issues with your computer or phone. He gets the job done. Not only is he knowledgeable but he’s laid back and won’t make you feel like your dumb for not knowing what he is talking about. Also his prices are affordable! He is a trustworthy and honest guy. You already feel welcome when walking into his office. They’re many great IT people out there in Metro but not like Jimmy!

I've had the pleasure to have Jimmy fix 2 laptops over the past few years. For me, he started out trying to troubleshoot through Messaging to see if my issue could easily be solved on my own. Once it was beyond my talent, I turned it over to Jimmy and he fixed me up within a few days at a reasonable price. He keeps communications going to get it the way you want. Drop off at his 8400 Normandale office was convenient. To top it off.... Jimmy checks in with me two days after I pick it up and asks how the laptop it performing. Again Exceeds Expectations. The best computer builder in town!! Found this place on Instagram and jimmy is a professional at what he does. Not only does he build beautiful PC’s but he can fix any problem hardware related from phones to laptops and many more. I would urge anyone in the area to go here and even if you have to drive a little bit, I promise it’s worth your time!! I can go on and on but all I have to say is this is the place for you!! Jimmy was absolutely fabulous. He upgraded my 2009 iMac after I crashed it. He cleaned it all up, transferred all my recovered files to an external hard drive, put more memory on it and upgraded the os system to the newest and safest that the iMac could handle all at a very reasonable price and timely manner. I’m very impressed with his computer knowledge. I will not hesitate to use his services again. I highly recommend him. He will be my go too for any computer needs. Jimmy did an excellent job in upgrading the disk drive in my laptop. He installed a new solid state drive and transferred all of the data over to the new drive. He also troubleshot and fixed a problem preventing me from being able to upgrade a software application. He's been coaching me on how to improve my home's internet speed and wifi coverage. He gets the job done in a timely manner at a reasonable price.
