Took my desktop computer in for a case swap because I originally tried to do it myself, but it ended up being incompatible and didn't turn on. Tom was able to tell me about the issues with the computer and what new parts I needed for the computer. Once I got it back it looked and performed great.

I took my computer to this business when it quit working. He did get it to start working again, but in doing so, he LOST all of my programs, documents, and pictures. He told me that they were all there. I had to reload Quicken, facebook, Chrome, AOL. I still don't have everything back. I won't take it back to him again.

Tom was super friendly and welcoming, but my experience was pretty disappointing. The laptop still wasn’t fixed after a month of inconsistent service (understandable at times), but slow responses and no clear timeline was quite tiring. It was frustrating to wait so long for no real progress. I am hoping others receive better service!
