Look no further!!! My computer screen broke and I took my computer to multiple places. Thank God I found Wayne because he got my computer fixed in a timely manner and great price. I would definitely recommend bringing your device here.

Brought in my unresponsive laptop after finding Gadget Guys online, located just 10 minutes from my home. I previously took my laptop to a tech at Staples, who warned that my hard drive may need to be replaced and, if so, it might be more cost-effective to just get a new laptop. Turns out, my hard drive did need replacing, but Wayne did it at a very reasonable cost. He was transparent about the process--he diagnosed the problem first, then called to tell me the issue, tell me the cost, and get my permission to proceed. He even returned my old hard drive without me having to ask. The entire process took 2 days. I saved a lot of money. And most importantly, I felt that Wayne was trustworthy. Will count this community business as my go-to from now on.

Gadget Guys completely ruined my computer. I brought my MacBook in with one issue: the middle keys were sticking from water damage. Everything else worked perfectly — including my speakers. The day after I dropped it off, Wayne (the owner) called me and said the keyboard needed to be replaced and he couldn’t do it, so he did look at the computer. But when I picked it up later, my sound was completely dead. I took it back, and he kept it even longer, only to tell me, “Just use headphones, I don’t know what the problem is.” When I reminded him the speakers worked before, he tried to gaslight me by claiming he “never diagnosed” it. That’s a lie — he called me about the keyboard himself the day after the drop-off. I ran a full diagnostic on my MacBook. The speakers were still recognized, meaning they were disconnected during HIS repair, not damaged. When I tried to explain this, Wayne became rude, dismissive, and aggressive. He talked over me, told me I “didn’t know what I was talking about,” bragged about doing this 15 years, and even said Apple techs are “just salesmen.” My husband called, and Wayne treated him the exact same way. To make it worse, while my computer was in his shop, he loaned me an ancient Acer laptop that couldn’t even connect to WiFi — completely useless. And when I finally got my MacBook back, not only were the speakers still broken, but now the fingerprint reader doesn’t work, and the computer barely turns on. Bottom line: This shop returned my computer in WORSE condition, lied about what they did, refused to take responsibility, and treated me and my husband with disrespect. Save your money, your time, and your device — do NOT trust Gadget Guys with anything.

He went above and beyond, and the same-day turnaround was awesome - I was back to work immediately.
