Steve and Katherine are the best. My 13 year old Windows desktop blew up after a Windows update. They received it after six p.m. on a Thursday evening. Diagnosed. Provided me options next afternoon. I elected to do data recovery. Thumbdrive provided to me on a Saturday night after 8. All my data was there, including QB files. Back up and running on Sunday. Don't know what else they do with computers. All I can say is they answer the phone promptly, text quick honest answers to queries, bend over backwards to listen to you, and try damn hard to accommodate your schedule. Good people.

They took care of what I needed. They were fast and reasonable. The tech suggested some updates and improvments. They explained what they did in laugnage I could understand. I am not a computer person so they made me feel good. Great job! I will use them again!

They very professional. Took the time to explain to me the procedure and cost of repairing my DELL VENUE PRO 11 tablet. Even identified why my device was stuck in a boot loop with the BSOD. They reinstalled the Windows 10 program. So far so good. Will update in the future if necessary.

Great service and fair price! Took one day to check all components and let me know what was working and what wasn't. Even gave me some pricing and advice on selling the parts when I decided not to replace the motherboard. They have a great system in place to stay safe during the pandemic, too. This shop is doing it right - thank you for your help!
