My laptop completely lost its wi-fi connection, and I was worried I’d need to replace parts or even buy a new computer. The team at Computer Services of Albuquerque diagnosed it quickly and fixed it while I waited, for free. It’s rare to find a local shop that’s this honest and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone needing fast, trustworthy computer repair.

Computer crashed in morning and I had it back by evening. Is that great service or what? And the price was right too! Granted, it was not a major crash (probably mostly operator error) but I was freaking out :). Great location and nice folks to deal with too! Highly recommend them.

I had hardware issues with a Macbook, and when Computer Services was unable to fix the underlying issue they replaced the entire computer for me. They do fantastic work and I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you're on the Eastside. Responsive, communicative, problem-solvers, and very conveniently located. 5/5.

I was very disappointed at the service. I brought in my PC to get fixed after my computer lost power during a Windows update & it wasn't starting. I was charged $200 for diagnostics with no resolution which is the third of the value of the PC. I can understand charging that much after yielding a fix but it felt very predatory charging that amount and I go home with a brick. Edit: They refunded me $150 which makes the price a lot more reasonable.

I brought in my laptop in July for a cracked screen repair. I have an Hp touchscreen laptop and when I was given the laptop back it had lost it's touchscreen capability. When I reached out to the tech who did the work, Chris, he assured me he had tried that screen on someone else's to ensure it was the right screen. He let me know he would like to take over my screen remotely to see if the driver for the touchscreen was still installed and after the remote session ended I saw he was still actively viewing my screen. Very concerning. I called and spoke to a women right away and she assured me I had nothing to worry about. Fast forward, Chris told me I would need to back up all my files before he could fix the issue. I was in my last 2 months of school and could not afford to lose documents. On top of the negative remote viewing experience. I called to get a refund because I clearly did not receive the work I paid for and was told there IS no resolution. Sounds like a strong case to me.
