Eratic nation is right this seems like a recurring problem with this store. Not being able to do the work then charging them when asked to ACTUALLY fix the problem. I am 100%reliant on my pc right now and for them to not even take that into account is a major problem. 0 customer service skills maybe some it skills just not with most problems. The idea of a fix at computer troubleshooters fresh installations. Losing whatever work or programs you’ve already completed or downloaded having to reinstall all the stuff I’ve already done once. Thanks for nothing computer troublemakers. I’ll take my dollars else where. Also it would seem that they do most of there own reviews under fake emails. Basically, if it’s a five star review assume it was the shop reviewing itself.

I just knew my computer was done. But this company fixed my computer back to what it was like when it was new. And I never lost any programs or data that was of utmost important to me. Based on that alone, that was the best value for any service I’ve ever had performed buy any company. Jeff did me a solid. Thank you Deb Gowing for recommending this excellent company.

I gave them my computer to fix the sticky keys. They take it apart and they tell me they are researching a whole entire new keyboard for my computer. Assuming that that was even the route I wanted to take. I told them to give it back and I will just use an external keyboard for now. I get it back and they improperly hooked my antenna back up so my computer couldn't find networks. They took it back and fixed that and brought it back. Now my video graphics card can't be found. I will never use this company again. The only good thing that came out of this is they didn't charge me for their shoty work.
