It was refreshing to find William at ICT Computer Repair. He is honest, extremely intelligent and offers high value refurbished computers at a fair price. The HP laptop I bought from him yesterday is like new. I believe the PC I purchased would cost at least $2,000 new and I bought it for a few hundred dollars. So the quality of the hardware is much better than a cheap new computer. With a one year warranty and support if needed, it is the best deal in Wichita! While I was looking over the computer prior to my purchase there were several customers coming in to pick up or drop off computers for repairs. I was amazed at his honesty and care for each customer. As I understand it, William purchases computers from the big companies in the area like Boeing, Textron and others. He installed a new battery and new SSD (solid state drive) in them and a Windows 11 operating system on them. Then he carefully inspects the computer to insure everything is perfect with it. The HP laptop I bought looks like brand new with absolutely no wear on the keyboard. I highly recommend ICT Computer Repair for refurbished computers and computer repairs.

Took my gaming desktop in for a hardware swap and got William to troubleshoot my Bluetooth. Dropped it off mid morning and chatted. He called me about noon and everything was great and ready for pickup. Very knowledgeable and friendly and ready to get you going and not over charge. Very reasonable pricing and time in and out!

Will was great, built my PC for me and did the basic set up. Even figured out a few RGB issues. Super knowledgeable and will tell you what you do and don't need. I will for sure be going back if I have computer related problems. There's a reason he's reviewed the way he is.

Has helped me twice over a year. William is very knowledgeable, I suggest going to him for diagnostics first before buying parts on your own, u may be throwing money away! Listen to a professional first.

There's a reason Will has 5 stars with 255 reviews. 10/10 price, 10/10 turn-around time, 10/10 communication, 10/10 experience. I needed a case swap with a few components being replaced for my gaming PC. I wish when I lived in Wichita I knew about him. I came back to town for an event for work. I told him what I needed done the week before, and the communication from that point until I dropped off my electronics was top notch. What other company has that level of easy communication? During this communication, not only did he give me an accurate quote for his work but he explained the process. This continued all the way until he was done with his service and then a day after, because I had a question. Wichita residents and beyond, you have an extremely nice gem of a small business here on East Harry Street. Take advantage of it, they're very rare. Will is amazing, and I hope his business grows exponentially. This is the ONLY place you should take your business when it comes to your computer in Wichita.
