I want to do a shout-out for Bruce Epling, who was absolutely amazing in his knowledge of my problem with a complex dashboard light going on, and was so professional, thoughtful, fair, and the best manager and customer-situated supervisor that I have interacted with. I remain delighted and grateful for his help. He is an enormous asset to the company.

So… this is my first time coming to this place. First, the customer service is terrible, no greeting when you walk in. Both workers at the front desk seemed to be irritated. Second, I made an appointment for 10am, it is currently 515pm and my car hasn’t been looked at. It’s in the same place I parked it this morning. What’s the point of an appointment… I came because it’s close to my job but I don’t see myself coming back again.

Had an issue created by another shop and these guys went above and beyond and didnt end up charging me saying “we didnt do much”. Well, I felt like they did a lot and felt compelled to tell the world you’ll get your money’s worth at this place. Highly recommend. Shout out to Ed, a true professional.

Shop seemed to be busy but there isn't many places as fair as downtown Conrad's. Bruce the manager is a good guy. Helped me when I was in a time of need getting my vehicle repaired.

I had an unexpected flat tire due to navigating the horrible road conditions in Cleveland in the dark early morning hours. A deep pothole on a one lane road under a bridge took my tire out instantly. Had my car towed to this location and was met at 7am by a clean, well maintained lobby and Bruce, a friendly, helpful face behind the counter. This place was already bustling for the day, but he took time out to set expectations for wait time and possible repairs needed. Ed (the technician that fixed my car) was also a helpful, friendly knowledgeable employee who kept me informed every step of the process and replaced my tire in record time! 1000/10 recommend this location and staff. They made a stressful emergency more manageable by treating me like a human and not just a number.
