Paul is absolutely amazing. Very responsive to any concerns. Great about setting timely appointments. Amazing about explaining repairs, especially for a person such as myself that does not have a lot of knowledge about cars. He is also very good about coming up with a plan for repairs when a vehicle needs extensive work. He is honest about critical repair needs versus repairs that can wait. Thank you Paul and your team for such great service.

This repair shop, led by Paul, has gone above and beyond to help me with my car issues. He communicates the issues clearly, tries to come up with realistic and cost effective ways to get your vehicle up and running again and gives you options for how to proceed. The charges are more than reasonable and he isn’t looking to make you pay for something that doesn’t make sense. Low stress and easy to work with! Highly recommend!

We were in the middle of a cross-country road trip and needed a quick bumper repair before continuing on. They took care of us right away, did the job well, and their customer service was excellent. I wish we had a Rad Air of our own at home. We would be regulars. Thanks, again!

Rad Air is well, just RAD. I moved to CLE a week ago and had tire issues as I rolled into town. I had to find a new car repair place in a new city and as if moving wasn't nerve wracking enough. Everything about Rad Air made this entire car (tire) issue easy! I called and talked to Paul (who is beyond amazing), told him my car issue and told him I just moved to town. He told me I could come right in and offered me a loaner vehicle so I could get done what I needed to that day. I arrived at Rad Air, downtown and the entire process was so simple. Paul treated me with kindness and respect, and he was able to save the day! I have found my new car repair place in Cleveland and I could be happier. Seriously, the best car repair place I have ever been!!!!

Wonderful service. I took my car to Rad Air after I was having major transmission issues and they also scanned for other issues that other places missed before. I ultimately did not go with the service and got rid of the car, and they were very understanding and helpful. Paul at the front was amazing. He did not charge me for the scan after I decided to not do the service and even gave me some helpful suggestions. This was my first time taking my car to get serviced in a new city where I did not where to take my car until someone mention Rad Air to me and I am glad I went to them. If I do ever have any car issues again, Rad Air will be my go-to. Very happy with my experience!
