Cookie Co made the most delicious branded cookies for our Neveskin Elevate Event at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial spa in Gilbert. Our clients loved them. I will definitely order again for our next event.

The service here was flat-out pathetic. When we walked in, the worker short, heavyset, and uninterested was sitting on his phone, completely checked out. Although he eventually helped us, his attitude remained lazy and indifferent the entire time. He made no effort to be polite, welcoming, or efficient. It felt like he didn’t want to be there and made no attempt to hide it — a true waste of a worker and space in the store. To make matters worse, when we ordered 4 random cookies and mentioned a nut allergy, he still gave us a peanut butter cookie. This careless mistake just confirmed how little he cared about doing his job properly or paying attention to customers. On the bright side, the cookies themselves were great — the ones we could actually eat were delicious. But good product means nothing when the service is this terrible. Cookie Co. needs to seriously reconsider who they hire. Bad attitudes and lazy workers ruin the experience completely. Won’t be returning.

Was my first time in here and staff greeted me right away and asked if I have been there before. I let them know it was my first time and they showed me their cookie selection. I ended up getting one of each flavor. They were huge, beautifully made and so delicious! Definitely recommend giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

This shop is so cute! The staff are super friendly. The cookies I got were delicious! Crumbl & some other shops have gotten a little commercialized & don’t taste as good anymore but this little shop has quality cookies still! So soft & buttery & great. Their chocolate chip is the best of all the cookie shops I’ve had, so yummy! I also got their Cap’n Crunch which is a flavor of the week maybe? It was soo yummy too, the base is like the classic peanut butter cookies that are rolled in sugar & it had frosting and some cereal on top—it is so good. And they have special sodas too! The Hwy 38 is toffee nut & cream I put with Dr Pepper & it’s delicious. Definitely try this place out!
