Asked for a trim and came out with a mullet. It looked ok wet but looks horrible dry. I should have paid more attention. Super bummed because he has been growing his hair for a while and we were just looking for it to be cleaned up a bit. Now to fix it I need to cut a lot off.

I’m beyond disappointed with our experience here and honestly would not recommend this place to any parent with young children. I brought my 2-year-old son in expecting patience, understanding, and professionalism—especially since this business claims to work with toddlers. Instead, the entire experience felt rushed and uncomfortable from the start. The stylist repeatedly complained that my son wouldn’t stay still, which is completely normal behavior for a toddler. That’s exactly why parents seek out places that are supposed to specialize in children. Rather than showing patience or using any techniques to help him feel at ease, it felt like she gave up almost immediately and rushed through the haircut. What was completely unacceptable, though, was her comment suggesting that my son’s behavior was due to “problems at home.” That was not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful and completely out of line. No parent should have to deal with being judged or spoken to that way—especially in a setting that’s supposed to be child-friendly. To make matters worse, she mentioned having over 30 years of experience, yet the final result was extremely disappointing. My son’s haircut was uneven, messy, and clearly rushed. It did not reflect care, skill, or experience. We also attempted to address the situation with the manager, hoping for some level of accountability or resolution, but that only made things worse. The manager was no help at all and came across as even more rude and dismissive, which added to the frustration. This experience felt less like a service and more like an inconvenience to the staff. As a parent, you expect a basic level of patience and kindness when it comes to your child, and we received neither. We left feeling frustrated, judged, and completely dissatisfied—not only with the result, but with how we were treated. I will not be returning.
