In my recent first and only experience with anything legal related, I have found that there are not any loyal or genuine people that are really there to help. They want your money and that is it. This unfortunately is the case with Cooney's Law Office. $9,000 paid for legal representation and got zero assistance from any of their legal team. My husband was a first-time offender, never even had a speeding ticket before... He was in a car accident where he was charged with vehicular assault due to people being injured. NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS we paid Cooney's. First, the attorney we were given did not care about us at all. He did nothing to fight for my husband, had awful communication skills, and then quit his job, leaving us at a standstill. After that, we were told by another attorney that they had no other employees that could assist us. So, they found the shadiest, cheapest attorney in Spokane, and threw him a little money to take the case. Again, leaving us with nobody to fight for us. My husband, a FIRST TIME OFFENDER, was sentenced to prison. Read that again. FIRST TIME OFFENDER was sentenced to PRISON for a car accident. Leaving his wife and children to pay the $9,000 loan back after having to pay the people who didn't care about not only myself and my husband, but also our two small children who miss their dad. Any decent attorney would have been able to do 10X more than what was done for us. Cooney's doesn't care about you. They don't care if you go to prison or not. They just care about their money.

When I got my DUI and child endangerment charge I called Cooney Law office on a Saturday and left a message. It was only a few minutes later I got a call from Dallas Cooney. He gave me advice right away about what options I had. He was confident, funny, and very good at explaining things to me. After accepting my case Dallas and his team were extremely good at communicating dates for court and getting me to be proactive up front with things that would help my case. Dallas was reassuring at every step I took and also very kind. Once we got to my hearing date I was able to accept a plea for a lesser charge and my child endangerment was dropped completely. I could not have asked for anything more. I was beyond happy with the results. Nobody wants to be in this situation but if you find yourself here you would really help yourself by choosing Dallas Cooney and his team. You will not be disappointed or left in the dark.

Cooney law is efficient. Prepared and if you want a lawyer as focused on you as they were on me to get that not guilty verdict, then Cooney law is for you. They are reasonable, nice and flexible people. 5 stars for Cooney.
