Lindsay Kornegay and Katie Daniel are absolutely amazing! From the very beginning they were kind, professional, and really took the time to listen to all my concerns. Both Lindsay and Kattie went above and beyond and I honestly wouldn’t be in the position to run my medical practice independently without them both. From the start of my legal process through the completion of it - I can not thank Matt Crotty or Katie Daniel enough. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful during a very stressful and unanticipated situation. Every email and call was immediately answered and I never felt like an inconvenience during some of the weeks where my questions were plenty. They care about everyone they have cases with. They helped walk me through my options, provided their thoughts on decisions I needed to make. All while assuring me I am always in charge of the final decision. They just wanted to be sure I understood why they may have suggested a different way. This would have been a stressful enough situation that I may not have seen all the way thru if it wasn’t for their guidance, kindness, and knowledge. If you are unsure (or sure) of a potential legal situation you may want to peruse - I couldn’t recommend them more and have already recommended them to others I know. Thanks to them both for making this a surprisingly “doable” process. Hopefully I never need legal counsel again - but without a doubt they would be my immediate choice to represent me again.

I reached out to Crotty & Son Law Firm when it was clear that my direct supervisor was retaliating against me for seeking workplace medical accommodation. It had quickly become clear that the people above him were not interested in the facts of the situation, but simply wanted the situation to go away and were happy to get rid of me to do so. With Matthew Crotty by my side, we sued the company and recently settled out of court. Crotty is an incredible lawyer and person. Throughout the whole process I felt like his top priority and was continually impressed with his professionalism and sensitivity in our interactions. Multiple lawyers had turned me away, saying that I didn’t make enough money for the claim to be worth the fight. This was never an issue with Crotty and thanks to him I was finally able to feel validated and get the closure needed to continue on with my life. I highly recommend this law firm.
