Words can not express my extreme gratitude towards Mr. Schaefer and his paralegal Ashley. Ashley was very knowledgeable in what she was doing. She kept a very level head. She did not sugar coat anything. She was firm. She did not make promises. She allowed me to be emotional but also at times needed me to take a step back and calm down as my emotions were very high at times. She answered all emails, phone calls and texts. Taylor was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and answered them in a way that I would understand as I am not well versed at any matter in court. He was quick to respond to any phone calls or texts I sent him. He listened attentively and showed compassion. When he presented the case he knew the details of the case and I didn’t have to question whether or not my attorney was capable of representing our case well.
