I had enjoyed yoga in the past but had gotten busy over the years and put it on the back burner. Following the death of my husband, I came back to Urban and am so grateful for the peace and strength these lovely souls have brought to my body, mind, and spirit.

I have taken 3 yoga classes at Urban Yoga. I loved all of them! The instructors are all different, offering unique experiences. I had a bad case of sciatica and it helped immensely. I go this morning for the 4th time. It is a beautiful studio, with everything you need. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Such a wonderful studio! Amy and Megan put on a wonderful class for our community group. Everyone got a little taste of Nia, Barre, and Yoga, and had so much fun! We will be back!
