Mark was our realtor and helped us a lot in the process! He is really familiar with the market in Jersey waterfront and could always provide candid suggestion about the properties based on his expertise. We can only check out the apartments in weekend and Mark never said no to us. Even though he was in vacation in Rome, he was still helping us arranging inspection and negotiating with the seller agent. By the way, he has great connection in the industry. The lawyer and inspector he recommended are terrific! He definitely made the process much more smoothly for us.

Mark is a fabulous realtor. He helped my husband and me sell our condo in downtown JC and made the whole process as stress-free as possible. He was super accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the current real estate market. Mark is a great realtor. He has helped me in buying and selling a home. In both, he was responsive, accommodating of my needs, took the time to know me as a person and my needs. When working with Mark, you feel like you are working with a friend. In the aggressive NYC/NJ area, it's refreshing to work with someone so nice and knowledgeable.

we bought our house 6 months ago in jersey city downtown area and Words cannot describe how lucky we were to work with Mark. We would highly recommend him to everyone. We are first time buyers and were guided the whole way through this crazy process with such care and professionalism. he is all about integrity and excellence. Extremely detailed and patient and on top of all this, he is such a kind soul. I really can't imagine getting any better service than this. * Mark was always available to us and would always promptly respond to our emails and calls. * Mark never ever pushed us into homes nor did he push us away from homes. He always asked us how we felt about the home after each visit and let us come to our own decisions. Whenever we asked for his professional opinion, he was frank and he gave us all the facts. *It is easy to get emotional and react to various situations during the process, especially when it involves purchasing something so expensive (a home in downtown area).
