I am writing to share our wonderful experience working with Danny Mendez. Danny was an amazing agent who supported us in finding our first home. We began with many viewings, and Danny successfully narrowed our focus to properties that aligned with our family's needs. When reviewing homes, he helped us dream and reimagine spaces while providing a thorough analysis of the pros and cons of each property. Once we found the right home for our budget and lifestyle, Danny provided detailed support. He connected us with a plethora of highly competent partners for our mortgage, title work, and inspections, making our first home-buying experience as simple and clear as possible. He walked us through every step of the process with astonishingly accurate estimates for monthly payments and tasks. We are so thankful to be homeowners, and Danny helped make this happen much quicker and easier than we had anticipated.

I worked with Robert D, and to say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. Aside from listening to my needs and finding me an apartment that ticks every box, he even showed me around the neighborhood and took me to a delicious sandwich shop. I recommend this shop and Robert D to the highest degree. If you need an apartment in JC or surrounding areas, hit these guys up.
