I absolutely love training at Cornerstone S&C! This is the strongest I’ve felt in years, even with a bunch of strength training under my belt. The workouts have set me up perfectly for a solid basketball preseason after returning from some time off. The cornerstone community is second to none. Instead of feeling like you’re tackling a workout by yourself, you have everyone around you making it that little bit easier. The accountability & supportive environment makes me excited to show up every day, especially in those early mornings, ready to hit PBs & set new goals. Joining this gym has been a commitment I don’t regret. I’m stoked to be part of a group that motivates each other & shares the journey together. I love my Cornerstone fam!

I started my journey with Cornerstone in March and I have loved every minute. I decided to join Cornerstone as i wanted to be stronger on the netball court. I also have some personal goals I want to achieve . I love everything about Cornerstone. The coaches are really supportive and encouraging. I have built strength with my body but also my mind. The work I have done in the gym is really reflecting my performance on the court. But one of the best parts is the friendships I have made. I come home from school really excited to go to the gym and always enjoy it. One of my favourite things to do are the little games at the end where you put in 100% effort. Bella

I have loved Cornerstone ever since I first stepped foot through the door when I was there with my netball friends doing a team strength session. Em and Aaron have helped me develop so much and my netball, fitness and strength have improved so much ever since I started. The amount of friendships I have made with coaches and other athletes have been a great bonus and make my sessions so much fun. I feel like I’m in a positive community and I have found a group of people that have the same goals. Bailee Tarrant (Youth Athlete)

My 14 year old son joined Cornerstone to add strength base training into his swimming training. His goal is to reach nationals level swimming by 2024. His not quite there yet but is definitely on his way with the guidance and support of his coaches. Cornerstone is providing the foundation of skills and knowledge of strength base training to help him meet his expectations. He has some great friendships in the youth group and the coaches are top class.

Mia I love sport and have competed at a high level in a few, such as state level cross country but right now I play football for Newcastle Olympic in u15's NPL womens. I wanted to increase my speed and strength to improve my game. I found the coaches and the program at Cornerstone to be amazing. I could definitely see improvements and it was nice to train with a group that had similar goals to me. Then I experienced a full rupture of my ACL during a game. I was devastated and had to undergo surgery for an ACL repair. My coach at Cornerstone regularly checked in with me during that time. I appreciated that so much. They tailored a training program for me to align with my recovery. I am currently 7 weeks out of surgery and I have been back at Cornerstone for over 3 weeks. I have full range of movement back and I am ahead of expectations for where I should be in my recovery. Cornerstone has definitely helped me get here. It really helped with my mind set to be able to come back and train at a time where there is so much I can't do. I'm at the beginning of my recovery journey but I am so happy I'm part of a program and community like Cornerstone. Thank you so much to everyone at Cornerstone!
