My experience with CMC was wonderful. I first came in quite nervous and abit sceptical about what the end results would be, but I found the staff to be very kind and compassionate to my situation and my perception quickly changed as i learnt more about the process and technology. Jenner Chan was incredibly skilled in her practice and its clear how much pride is taken with the services provided. The procedure was clearly explained and the out come happily surprised me. I am so thankful to the team that gave me back my confidence and helped me so much on my healing path.🙏 🌅

I’ve been a patient of this clinic since April this year, and every visit has been consistently professional and reassuring. I recently came in for my first keloid scar management treatment with Jenna, and I’m really glad I chose to trust her with something I’ve been self-conscious about for so long. From the beginning, Jenna set realistic expectations about the treatment journey. At the first consultation she explained that keloid improvement takes time, results vary between individuals, and that consistency is essential. I really appreciated that she was honest and didn’t overpromise anything. She walked me through each option clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. During the procedure, she was gentle, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She checked in with me throughout the treatment and made sure I was comfortable, which made the whole experience so much less intimidating. The clinic itself has always been clean, calm, and welcoming, and the professionalism of the entire team is something I’ve appreciated since day one. I always feel looked after and supported from the moment I walk in. I had a great experience with Cosmetic Medical Clinic. The staff were highly knowledgeable and professional, providing clear detailed instruction on the procedures and what would entail in the consultation and assessment. The receptionists were always lovely and incredibly welcoming. Jenner is an amazing source of wisdom and knowledge. She provided a very clear and concise explanation regarding my keloid scars and provided recommendations on how to treat them. During such procedures, she was incredibly careful, ensuring that my keloid scar was removed properly to not affect the shape of my ear. I cannot recommend Cosmetic Medical Clinic enough. They provide an excellent service and there is no other place I would go in matters regarding my skin.

My skin has always been oily with enlarged pores and some medium acne scarring. I came to CMC about 6 months ago, and after a consultation I was recommended the CO2 fractional skin resurfacing treatment — and the results have been amazing. The reason it took me this long to write a review (and something I want to share with anyone planning to do fractional laser) is that the best results take time. After the procedure, the scabs came off within 5–7 days. I could see some improvement immediately, but the real magic only started to show months later. For my skin, I noticed the peak results around the 5–6 month mark. After doing some research, it made sense — collagen continues to rebuild long after the treatment, and I could see my skin getting smoother and healthier as months passed. My pores are noticeably tighter, and although I don’t have severe acne, I used to get blemishes quite often. Over time, they reduced significantly and eventually stopped. If you’re considering fractional laser, one thing I’d say is: good things take time ;) Be patient, trust the process, and you’ll love the outcome. Jenner was incredibly enthusiastic and I feel like I was getting the treatment my skin truly needed. I’m very happy with the service and definitely planning to come back soon! Jamie.

I had a great experience visiting Cosmetic Medical Clinic. It's so conveniently located in Haymarket, just a few blocks away from Central Station. The staff were highly professional and knowledgeable, and they made me feel very comfortable and well looked after. The clinic itself is immaculate, so clean and modern. Will definitely be visiting again!
