Alicia is a master of her piercing craft. My daughters and I were in to each get a piercing. We all felt well informed, calm and comforted. My daughter’s received their piercing completely pain-free and Alicia was able to use A piercing hole on myself that was over 20 years old to avoid an entirely new piercing. She was brilliant. Highly recommend.

Great place, great staff. If going for piercings, ask for Alicia. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. Gives great advice on your piercing. Took my 13 year old for a second ear piercing. When we went, there were lots of kids getting piercings.

Alicia pierced my eyebrow yesterday and did a fabulous job! I was super nervous and definitely shy, but her calm energy and clear communication was so helpful and made me less anxious. I would definitely recommend going to her and will certainly be booking again soon! Additionally, the storefront and piercing room were both very clean, staff were very friendly, and my appointment was on time and quick. Cottage 13 is wonderful!

My experience with Alicia was exceptional from start to finish! I had a couple of piercings done recently, and Alicia went above and beyond to make sure I understood every step of the process. She explained everything so clearly, answered every question, and created an environment where I felt completely comfortable and cared for. Her technique was gentle, precise, and surprisingly not very painful. What stood out the most was how safe, calm, and confident she made me feel — that makes all the difference with a service like this. She’s truly such a kind, warm person, and it really shows in the way she treats her clients! I’m already planning to come back for more work with her. Alicia is phenomenal at what she does, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough!! 10+ STARS

My sister and I had a great experience with Yolanda. From the moment I called earlier in the week to book my appointment, to the time we left. Everything was done in a very professional and clean manner. We were greeted immediately by a lovely gentleman, waited no time at all before my allotted time to get my jewelry changed as well. The process of picking out the jewelry I wanted was seamless. They were transparent about the price up front. I appreciated knowing what the final cost would be before going ahead with anything. Yolanda was incredibly gentle when removing my jewelry and offered helpful advice for future changes. She even managed to fit my sister in between clients to have her nostril jewelry changed, which was such a thoughtful touch. My sister couldn’t be happier with the result! Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I’d recommend Yolanda and the team to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and safe place to get their piercings done.
