At first I was a bit hesitant, but after reading some positive reviews I decided to contact the store. They were very professional, answered all my questions, sent me several photos and explained everything clearly before the purchase. That gave me the confidence to go ahead and order two different Orthodox cross pendants. When they arrived, I was honestly blown away. The details are stunning, the weight is perfect and the craftsmanship is truly top quality. They look even better in person than in the photos. Shipping to Italy was very very fast, the packaging was very secure, and the whole experience felt smooth and reliable. I usually don’t leave Google reviews, but this one is 100% deserved.
Zoran Designs was amazing to work with. She worked with me to create a beautiful engagement ring for my partner and was so helpful throughout the whole process. Unfortunately, leading up to our wedding my partner lost her ring. In this stressful situation Zoran Designs was extremely helpful in getting a new one in time for the wedding day on short notice. I went to Zoran Designs Jewellery looking for a mens ring with a Serbian Crest. Due to the size of my hand they had mad a custom ring which was much bigger than the on online. Maja was helping me through the entire process and the experience was amazing. Maja went above and beyond to make sure that I get exactly what I was looking for and communicating with me through the entire process. I picked up the ring today and it exceed my expectations. The ring came out exactly how I imagined it. I am extremely pleased with the experience and with the amazing service we received. Amazing experience! Maja was very pleasant to work with and really took our ideas into consideration when showing us rings. She worked with me to develop a custom Toi et Moi ring that was exactly what my now fiancée wanted. Maja was very timely with email responses and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. She was very accommodating with appointment times. She came recommended from a friend, and I will be sure to recommend her to my friends as well. Couldn't be happier!
