I had had a very unpleasant experience at a previous local jewellers while shopping for an engagement ring for my now fiancé (yay!), and needless to say, I was feeling a little discouraged. Shopping for an engagement ring is a meaningful, special, and intimidating experience, and John really understands that. He made me feel at ease and excited instantly about this experience. His friendly nature and expertise were very much appreciated. He worked with my ideas and my budget to create the perfect ring for my fiancé, making that magical moment that much more magical. Could not recommend this place enough. Thank you, John and Laura! :)

I had the BEST experience creating a ring for my fiancée. As someone with no experience in this kind of thing it was so helpful to work with someone who was so knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and seamless. John was able to take all of my ideas and through a few different designs come up with the most perfect ring that my now fiancée loves. I really felt like the vision in my head was brought to life so perfectly. Not only was John an incredible professional to work with, he was also kind and patient throughout the whole process. I could not recommend this place enough.

As someone who has no idea in the world of jewellery this was a world-class experience with John & Laura. The time and detail they put into making sure your result is exactly what you want is unmatched. The process was seamless and fast! Took around a month from start to finish. The ring turned out gorgeous and me and my partner could not be happier! If you are looking into rings or any other jewellery for that matter, I cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely blown away with the work John and Laura designed! We presented them with two rings. One from my husband’s grandmother, and the second from my own grandmother. We talked about the history of both rings, and created a new engagement ring bringing both of our families heirlooms to signify the start of our own. I couldn’t be happier with the result and feel so honoured to wear such a beautiful piece.
