It always seems risky when making a choice to hire a cleaning company. So many choices and yet such uncertainty. I researched Noriko's and decided to take the leap. Wow! To say I have been delighted is an understatement. Their cleaning people are so well trained with an attention to detail that I haven't seen before. The positive attitude of my favorite person, Marky, is always uplifting and contagious. She is inquisitive about what is important to me on a bi-weekly basis, as sometimes my needs change. As I work full time, it is always so nice to come home after she has been there. On another note, the staff in the corporate office is thorough, friendly, and meticulous about replying to the client and maintaining a dialogue. Response time is virtually immediate. Try them! You will be happy you did.
