Despite opening times advertised they’re always gone by 3pm. Also communication between client and therapist seems non existent when we are told to reach out when needed. There is no reception there either.

I’ve been taking my son there for about four/five weeks. The therapist forgot to reschedule our sessions, and overall, I didn’t feel very comfortable with the way we were treated. It just didn’t feel very personal.

Working with Jordan is great. I had some reservations about “virtual” counseling, but now I think I prefer it. She’s really good.

The therapist is GOOD; however, the (Blanco St.)front office and billing department need IMPROVEMENT. So that you know, questions are not answered promptly and accurately. I emailed to ask why I was being billed BEFORE services, and whoever is answering my emails is keeping me at bay and running me around in circles. It has been over 8 hours, and I still don't have an answer.

I love the counselors in this group. They have been a true blessing to me personally and to my husband and I as we are in marriage counseling. We would not be on the road to restoring a broken marriage if it weren't for your amazing counselors, Heather Pullen and Shannon Zorn (Victoria).
