Michelle has been an integral part of my mental health journey. I had been feeling pretty lost the last few years, and tried at least 5 therapists in the area but never felt any progress. I almost gave up on therapy til I came across her google reviews and decided to give her a chance. I am so happy I did. For the past few months I’ve been working with her weekly with the main goals of instilling confidence, feeling more secure with myself and less self doubt. She has helped me immensely and I finally feel like myself again and like I can breathe. I know I wouldn’t be in the place I’m at without her and will continue to see her regularly but less frequent visits. Can’t recommend her enough! Thanks for all your help! As a side note, her office is aesthetically pleasing, calm and comfortable. A perfect setting for sessions!

I have tried therapy before but never get past the first one or two sessions because I have felt some disconnect and didn’t feel it would be helpful to go back. I told Michelle in the beginning I was not looking for just talking, and that I wanted assignments and tools to improve my life. I have been consistent about sessions with Michelle and actively trying her recommendations and feel I am actually making progress on myself as a result. I highly recommend her services.
