30 min timer needs to be enforced during lap hour. Super frustrating waiting on a lane while the old ladies from the pool classes have been in the pool for hours just chilling and talking. I get that they have extra time to be in the pool but its not fair to other swimmers who want to use the space during the DESIGNATED LAP HOUR. Seriously considering canceling my wife and I membership.
A hidden "gym" in Lubbock. Clean and friendly facility, including an indoor pool, dry sauna, racquetball/pickleball court, loads of cardio equipment, free weights, and an outdoor track. Land & water classes, towels and parking are included!! Love that there's no contract in case life's circumstances change. It's the best!!
Assisted in a catering event with Marketstreet. It was a beautiful setting decked out exquisitely. Everything was executed like a well-oiled machine.
What's not to love about this place? They offer just about everything from yoga, to free weights, machines, a pool with classes and a clean nice dressing room with showers. All for one low price. And the employees there are fabulous! Shout out to Kristy. She sees me there very often, and one day checked to make sure I was ok, when she sensed something was wrong. And the machines are top notch! The staff will happily show you how to get the best out of them. You can even watch Friends while walking/ jogging on the treadmills. Play, games, watch YouTube too. You get a tour of the place and how things work before you sign up.
I know a few other gyms in town but this one is my favorite one. The monthly fee swings from $30 to $60 depending if you are a covenant employee or not. Usually they are not full and machines are always available for you. My favorite place is the racket ball court which is a state of the art technology. They have a swimming pool as well.
